How long does it take to process my order?

Due to high demand, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed after purchase.

All LGND products are made to order, meaning production begins once your order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is processed:

Fulfillment: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 5–7 business days

Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Products & Sizing

Do your hoodies and t-shirts run true to size?

Our t-shirts are designed to fit true to size with a relaxed feel.

Some hoodies run slightly small. Any sizing notes are clearly listed on the product page. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because LGND products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

What kind of quality can I expect?

We use premium blanks selected for durability, comfort, and print clarity. Every design is tested to ensure it holds up through regular wear.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
