Refund policy

Because LGND products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the issue

Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after production has begun.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist if production has not yet started.
